Shipping Policy

Orders placed by the posted 2PM CT shipping cutoff are generally prepared for same-business-day shipment when inventory and carrier pickup are available. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed the next business day.

Available shipping methods and costs are shown during checkout. Free overnight shipping may be offered on qualifying orders when displayed on the site.

When your shipping label is created, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

We only ship where kratom and 7-hydroxymitragynine products are permitted. Orders that cannot be fulfilled because of state, local, carrier, payment, age-verification, or compliance restrictions may be cancelled and refunded before shipment.

Carrier delays, weather events, address issues, compliance review, payment review, and high-volume periods may affect delivery timing. If a shipment is materially delayed before fulfillment, contact support for help with the order status or cancellation options.
