Return Policy

Products in unopened condition can be returned up to 30 days after receipt for a full refund of the product purchase price.

Returned products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

Email support@777kratom.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the item you want to return.

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting support first.

After we receive and inspect an eligible unopened return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and return shipping costs are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and packing slip so we can help resolve it.
